First, I’ll start with the positives. The pizza was decent and the kids had a good time for a little while (until they got overheated from the lack of AC). Upon walking in for my sons birthday party, we noticed right away how hot it was. The staff notified us that the AC was not working properly. No apologies. No offerings of water or anything at all. The staff seemed annoyed by the heat too. When we asked for a fan, they put an air blower for one of the machines into the party room, which hardly helped and we couldn’t hear anything because it was so loud. This made the opening of the gifts and singing happy birthday difficult experience. There was no party host in the room. We had to go up to the desk probably 10 times to ask for basic things. A pitcher of water (which they seemed annoyed to even give to us), paper plates so the adults could eat some pizza too, something to cut the cake with, cups, etc. A somewhat grumpy kid kept coming in to deliver these things. The kids got so hot and sweaty playing in the heat that they couldn’t enjoy it for very long. I felt embarrassed, as the party host. Monkey Joe was clearly hot in his outfit too, as he was only in the room for maybe 5 minutes. We paid $300 for this party and it was a very disappointing experience. I really feel we should have been offered a discount for the AC not working or at least an apology. This is the second birthday party we have hosted here in the last 2.5 years and I’m sad to say that at this point I don’t think we will be returning again. In reading other reviews, the problem becomes apparent. Reviewers are told to call the establishment to speak to a manager and basically restate everything they wrote in their review rather than the owner taking the initiative to get their contact information and reach out to them regarding their experience. Bad business practice and shows that they don’t care much about the bad reviews. It’s a shame because this place could be so great, but proper management and basic customer service is lacking.

Disappointing. They took out inflatables or the inflatables were down. It's $12 to get in and the games they put in place of inflatables cost extra. There are only 4 bouncy houses and they are not very big. We used to take all 3 grandkids here but we will not be back.

It was my first time going and its pretty good for kids to run off all the energy they have.

Dirty, doesn’t feel safe on the inflatables (lots of holes, worn out patches, and DUCT TAPE all over), and no staff around when you need them. Pump it up is much better.
