Completely disappointed with Grand harbor. My son was making his first trip to the small slides, when he got water in his eyes from the small buckets above the walkway walking into a metal pipe sticking out of the safety net. The metal sticking out is an obvious hazard! His laceration required a trip to the ER. The life guards took my info down and gave us gauze, ice pack and directions to the nearest Emergency room. After sitting in the ER for over 3 hrs, I was able to get my 5 year old back to hotel by 11 pm. Not once has anyone from the Grand Harbor staff checked in on him or us, but they did place duct tape over the pipes. Duct tape is not a sufficient solution. And we feel this hazard could have been avoided completely if the facility was better maintained. Sharp metal sticking out from any location is unacceptable. Thanks for nothing!

Every time that I have gone the parking has been easy. Walked in and paid for our wrist bands and changed on the bathrooms that were available. All but once they were very clean. I had once were I had to let the workers know about the toilets. The actual water park is loud due to the water but was warm too but I like that. There is a total of three slides. Two body slides and a tube slide. They are all fun in their own sense. U have to work to get to the body ones. There is 2 hot tubs, a kiddie area with a small slide. Basketball area a small lazy river and another swimming area. The deepest section is less than 4 ft. Does have a concession inside the water park. There is an arcade where you pay for your wrist band. I recommend this place.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was great. They made sure we had extras towels when I requested no maid service. Our banquet was very nice. The good was a bit bland but they were serving hundreds. The water park was a huge hit. Everyone had a wonderful time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Pretty nice place considering how many kids are coming through here daily. Rooms are a decent size but just a little worn. Waterpark is fun for all ages, way better than Fun City's indoor waterpark. Good location and a lot of things to do around the hotel area.

We will be back. It was clean and very nice. The lifeguards were fun they played with the kids made the kids feel safe. It was quiet and fun. But I really recommend to put an elevator closer to the pool instead of walking by the front doors in the winter. We loved it. We stay Christmas of 2017
