5:00 p.m: Timestamps Gallery Walk with Ricky Tims
Get the full experience of our Timestamps exhibit consisting of 36 quilts by Ricky Tims by participating in the Timestamps Gallery Walk. Ricky will keep you entertained with stories of his quilts, life, and career. Many of the quilts in the exhibit are examples of the topics discussed in his Quilt Luminarium lecture-demo experience.

9:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m: From Scraps to Treasures at More Pieces Pati Fried
Gather up all those little bits and treasures that you have been saving for the perfect project. With a little imagination and a lot of whimsy, you will create an art quilt as unique as you, showcasing all the things you love.

This is a perfect place to explore a favorite collection, Aunt Mary’s doilies, repurposed fabric, upholstery scraps – even paper! Bring your treasures and embrace the play.
Beginning to Intermediate Level (does not require a sewing machine)
Class Cost: $65

Supplies Include:
A small selection of a favorite fabric collection.
Bits of textured fabric.
Background fabric
Repurposed,vintage or favorite treasures
Batting (to fit your project size )
Small fabric scissors (or small rotary cutter and mat)
Paper scissors
Glue stick
Needle for hand stitching

9:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m: Winterset Library at Diane Murtha3-D Fantastical Flowers
Want to make a wall hanging or art quilt pop? Embellish your quilt with 3-Dimensional petals and leaves. In this class, you will use floral wire to make 3-D elements creating a very exciting flower.
Class Cost: $65

Supplies Include:
Floral wire and appropriate scissors for cutting wire
Fabric glue
Simple Flower applique pattern (Instructor will also provide several for use)
Fabric and Batting
Fusible web
